Return Policy

We hope that you LOVE your purchases.  If not, please feel free to send them back to us.
Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please notify Kaysie’s Closet by email or phone and we will email you a Return Form that must accompany your return.
Items are eligible for return if they . . .

  • Are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered 
  • Have original receipt and original Kaysie’s Closet tag still attached
  • Are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume and any other stains or smells
  • Are received within 21 days of the original purchase date
  • Include Return Form inside package; print Return # on outside of package. 
  • If you qualify for Free Shipping, this does NOT include Return Shipping.

ALL jewelry and sale merchandise (more than 20% off) are FINAL.

If your return or exchange does not meet the above standards do NOT attempt to
return it.  It will result in being shipped back to you and additional shipping charges
being added.

If you happen to receive the wrong merchandise OR believe it to be defective, please
contact us within 3 days of receipt.  In this case, we will cover ALL shipping to make your purchase right.
We suggest you send the merchandise back via UPS or FEDEX with a tracking number.  
We will NOT be responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit.

Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 2-3 business days.  At that time
you will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY for the price and sales tax of the item.  Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once an order has been placed and payment accepted, if the order is canceled or
Items removed, the Customer will be issued a STORE CREDIT.
